Job Description
We have a large number of old pallets and wooden crates that need to be broken down and loaded for disposal.
Hammers and gloves will be provided. Workers may bring their own additional tools or equipment for breaking apart pallets and crates if preferred.

- Temporary 3–4 Day Assignment
Requirements
- Must be reliable and arrive ready to work
- Able to perform continuous physical labor
- Able to work safely in hot outdoor conditions
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a crew
- Must use tools and equipment safely
Physical Demands include/not limited to
- Equipment and Work Conditions:
- Hammers and gloves will be provided
- Forklift available onsite to assist with loading materials
- Workers may bring additional tools or equipment if preferred
- Must be prepared to work in the West Texas heat
- A small canopy or shade setup is recommended for comfort
