Production Jobs Grass Valley are available now through Elite HR Logistics. We are hiring dependable Production Associates and General Laborers for a growing manufacturing company in Grass Valley, CA. This full-time position pays $18-$20 per hour and offers weekly pay. You'll work Monday through Friday with an 8:30 AM start time.

What You'll Do
As a Production Associate, you'll help keep daily operations running smoothly. You'll assemble products, load and unload materials, and move inventory throughout the facility. You'll also operate production equipment, complete quality inspections, and assist with shipping and receiving.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, production, or general labor is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, pulling, and performing repetitive tasks.
- Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Ability to safely operate machinery, assembly tools, and production equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently when needed.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and assist in different areas as business needs change.
- Must follow all workplace safety procedures and properly use required safety equipment.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening as Elite HR Logistics is a drug-free workplace.
