Essential Job Functions
- $25-$27 per hour
- Weekly pay

Responsibilities
- Review, code, and process vendor invoices and accounts payable transactions
- Prepare check requests, employee reimbursements, and payment documentation
- Maintain organized accounts payable records and supporting documentation
- Reconcile accounts payable aging reports and general ledger accounts
- Assist with month-end close activities, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Research and resolve accounting discrepancies
- Analyze and generate inventory reports
- Maintain accounting schedules and reporting spreadsheets
- Prepare weekly accounting and operational reports
- Support customer invoicing reviews and transaction reconciliations
- Assist with additional accounting projects as assigned
- Work closely with leadership and the Controller to support daily accounting operations
