Essential Duties
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders
  • Cut, shape, and prepare sheet metal for fabrication
  • Assemble and weld HVAC ductwork components
  • Perform MIG welding and fabrication tasks
  • Operate a box truck for occasional deliveries
  • Prepare materials for upcoming production schedules
  • Conduct quality inspections on finished products
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

Requirements
  • Previous fabrication, manufacturing, or welding experience preferred
  • MIG welding experience highly preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Warehouse experience preferred
  • Route delivery experience preferred
  • Box truck driving experience preferred
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable working around dust, fiberglass, and adhesives
  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance
