The position involves more than just driving. You will also adjust the equipment to ensure everything runs smoothly during transportation. As a driver, you will need to monitor the concrete being hauled and make adjustments to maintain the highest quality and consistency. Schedule & Pay:
- $30+/HR to start.
- Rain Bonus $2/HR
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver concrete to customers
- Work outside in all weather conditions
- Maintain a clean and safe truck
- Accurately log driver time and ensure records comply with DOT guidelines
- Work shifts that may include overtime
- Saturdays are required unless you arrange for time off in advance
- Occasional night shifts may be required, but rarely.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL and Airbrake and Tanker endorsements.
- 1 year of READY MIX commercial driving experience
- Clean DMV Driving record
- Communicate effectively with customers and Dispatch
- Work from elevated platforms, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50lbs.
