Essential Duties
- Assist customers in person and by phone at the facility
- Help customers identify and locate the correct parts and products
- Process orders and prepare shipments by pulling materials, packing boxes, and staging deliveries
- Deliver parts and equipment to local customers
- Provide excellent customer service and post order support
- Research and recommend the correct parts to meet customer needs
- Maintain organized inventory and delivery areas
