Ready for a role where you’re not stuck behind a desk? We’re hiring an Account Manager to cover Northern California and Southern Oregon (including the Bay Area). This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role focused on growing and maintaining accounts in the restaurant and used cooking oil space.

You’ll spend most of your time in the field meeting with customers, building relationships, and driving business growth. Essential Job Functions
  • Prospect and secure new business in the restaurant industry
  • Maintain and grow existing customer accounts
  • Visit clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and identify new needs
  • Re-engage canceled accounts and win back business
  • Coordinate with internal teams on service programs and offerings
  • Prepare customer setup sheets and update routing systems
  • Follow up on service gaps and resolve issues
  • Submit daily reports to leadership
  • 75–90% field-based (local travel)
  • 30% overnight travel
  • Flexible, independent workdays
  • High interaction with business owners and decision-makers
Skills & Requirements
  • 3–5 years experience in restaurant/food industry (preferred)
  • Strong communication & relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
  • High school diploma
  • Bilingual is a plus
