Job Requirements
- 5+ years of field service, maintenance, or hands-on experience
- Strong mechanical background
- Organized with attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Basic math and computer skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in tight spaces/heights
- Willingness to work OT and occasional weekends
- Ability to travel up to 20% (including overnight)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred exp. • Maintenance or belt technician experience
