Qualifications
  • 1+ yr warehouse exp.
  • Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar
  • Multi-tasking, problem solving, attention to detail, accuracy, sense of urgency, sense of humor
  • Ability and desire to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Excel
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license

Duties
  • Assist customers by phone and in person at our facility.
  • Help customers get the parts they need.
  • Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
  • Deliver parts and equipment to customers.
  • Interact extensively with customers to clarify their needs, research, and recommend parts.
  • Provide post order service.
