Immediate Opening: Warehouse & Driver Associate – Santa Maria, CA (Temp Position)

We’re looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic Warehouse & Driver Associate for a temporary role in Santa Maria, CA. Ideal candidates are organized, reliable, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple tasks. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or GED are required. Previous experience in a warehouse or customer-facing role is a plus.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED a must
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Modern warehousing experience, practices, and methods
  • Inventory software, databases and systems
  • Forklift and pallet jack experience a plus
  • Mechanical experience a plus
  • Clean driving record
  • Positive attitude
  • Work in a safely and timely manner
  • Lift heavy objects of 45lbs and more
  • Punctual, dependable and be able to work independently

Duties
  • Load and unload trucks, inspect products for defects and damages
  • Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
  • Ensuring accurate shipping and receiving of packages including reconciling packing slips and invoices
  • Inventory control and quality control
  • Operate forklift and various motor vehicles
  • Deliver parts and equipment to customers in a pickup truck
  • Create and maintain P.O.s, ensure completed paperwork is submitted and entered into databases accurately
  • Assist with front desk when needed
  • Able to work with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
  • Maintain safe and clean work environment complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned
