- Our company is the world's largest fluid power distributor, providing customized fluid power support and solutions that help customers achieve their performance goals. We seek a Technical Customer Support Representative in Salt Lake City, Utah, to join our team as soon as possible. In this full-time role, you will provide timely and professional support to our sales team and customers. As a leading industrial distributor, we understand the importance of having a dedicated team. Our range of products includes hydraulic pumps, valves, motors, and cylinders that require a specific skill set to sell. As a Technical Customer Support Representative, you partner with our customers and Account Managers to provide technical and product solutions for their application questions and needs.
- You will handle customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, expediting/returns, technical application recommendations, sourcing parts, and generating sales. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of fluid power or motion control experience or at least two years of technical degree. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar, are required.
