Job Description

Job Summary:

  • We seek a Technical Customer Support Representative in Salt Lake City, Utah. As the world's largest fluid power distributor, our company provides custom-designed solutions that meet customer performance goals. We seek a creative and resourceful individual who can support our sales team and customers professionally and timely.


  • Your primary responsibility will be to partner with our customers and account managers to find technical and product solutions for customer application questions and needs. You will be responsible for customer inquiries, order processing, expediting/returns, sourcing parts, and generating sales. You will also be required to provide technical application recommendations.


  • You need 5+ years of fluid power or motion control experience OR a 2+ year technical degree to qualify for this position. You must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a good grasp of English grammar. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and experience with Epicor P21 or other ERP is preferred.

  • This full-time job pays $30.00 - $32.00 per hour. We offer several benefits, including 401(k) matching, dental, health, life, paid time off, and vision insurance.
