Remote Property Onboarding / Sales Specialist
We are hiring a Remote Property Onboarding/Sales Specialist with CDL-A driving and sales experience. This role is for someone who understands the trucking industry and can use that knowledge to build strong relationships with property owners.

About the Role
You will connect with property owners nationwide and explain the benefits of listing underutilized spaces on our platform. In this role, you will guide them through onboarding, answer questions, and evaluate properties.

Most importantly, you will drive growth by expanding our nationwide network of parking locations. Your work will directly support truck drivers, solve parking challenges, and fuel our company’s expansion.

Key Duties

  • Evaluate properties for suitability, location, and amenities
  • Explain program details clearly and simply to property owners
  • Create and edit listings with accurate photos and descriptions
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service for smooth onboarding
  • Make outbound sales calls to build interest and overcome objections
  • Build relationships with property owners to earn trust and resolve concerns
  • Meet or exceed targets, including daily calls, new property sign-ups, and response times
  • Handle admin tasks such as data entry, listing updates, and accurate record-keeping

Qualifications
  • 2+ years OTR truck driving (mandatory)
  • 3+ years in sales (mandatory)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
  • Proficient in Google Suite and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Team player with resilience and determination
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Compensation

$50,000 – $60,000 per year + uncapped commission
