INVENTORY CONTROL COORDINATOR/INTERNAL AUDITOR

The Inventory Control Coordinator- Internal Auditor is responsible for the control and communication around field/distributor inventory both physically and systematically, through monitoring, traceability and reconciliations. This role supports all department goals and seeks to optimize field inventory levels and protect company assets.

  • Maintain high organizational skills and handle multiple high priority tasks/projects concurrently.
  • Foster positive relationships with all internal and external (sales reps) personnel.
  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism in a potentially frustrating environment and extreme time constraints.
  • Must be skilled in written and verbal communication techniques.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft office and inventory systems used by the company.
  • Expect up to 10% traveling to accounts within the territory
  • The duties of this position can require overtime and overnight travel

Environmental Conditions:

  • Indoors in typical office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, fumes, vibrations, and temperature changes approximately ninety-five percent (95%) of the time.
  • Frequent computer use at workstation up to two hours at a time.
  • Frequently work at fast pace with unscheduled interruptions.
  • May move (walk or drive) from one work location to another occasionally.
    Physical Demands:
  • Attendance and punctuality.
  • Mobility within the office.
  • Ability to walk, sit, stand, and climb stairs.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to drive a vehicle.

Duties
  • Performs territory-wide inventory audits. This will include scanning product at accounts, offices and rep storage/offices
  • Investigate Inventory variances-works cross departmentally to identify root cause and recommend solutions.
  • Assist in the return and exchange of product
  • Assists ordering in products
  • Receive in inventory through inventory systems when needed and locate accurately
  • Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy in conjunction with our warehouse/assets team

    EMPLOYEE SUBSTANCE ABUSE POLICY



    The Policy of the company is to maintain a drug and alcohol free work enviroment that is safe and productive for our employees and others having business with our Company. To meet these objectives, the following policy has been adapted.

    "The unlawful use, possession, purchase, sale, distribution or being under the influence of any illegal drug and/or the misuse of legal drugs while on Company or Client premises or while performing services for our Company or Client is strictly prohibited. The Company also prohibits reporting to work or performing services while impaired by the use of alcohol or consuming alcohol while on duty.

    In order to ensure compliance with this policy, substance abuse screening may be conducted in the following situations:

    Pre-Employment: As may be required / requested by our Company or Clients.
    For Cause: Upon reasonable cause to believe that a substance abuse problem exists, testing may be conducted.
    Random: Unannounced random selection of employees may be performed.
    Post Accident: Any employee involved in an accident/injury while performing services for our Company or Client that results in property damage or bodily injury requiring medical treatment will be required to submit to a substance abuse screening.

    Compliance with this policy is a condition of employment. Employees who test positive or who refuse to submit to a substance abuse screening will be subject to termination. Notwithstanding any provision herein, this policy will be enforced at all times in accordance with applicable State Laws.
