The Customer Service Administrator role is tasked with developing expert level knowledge of our product offerings, their local market and the Denver Branch customer base to support consistent attainment of providing great service.
Schedule & Pay
- $23/hr
- PLUS profit sharing (*eligible when permanent employee)
Responsibilities
- Customer service duties
- Assist customers by phone and in person at our facility
- Help customers get the products they need
- Interact extensively with customers to clarify their needs, research, and recommend items
- Provide quotes
- Take orders
- Process orders and returns In the CRM system
- Provide post order service
- Physically measure specs on a wide variety of parts
