As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will assist customers by phone and in person at the facility. You will partner with customers and Account Managers to respond to inquiries and find products and services. You will also solve customer needs and build ongoing business relationships, meet/exceed monthly sales goals while increasing customer satisfaction, provide quotes, and use online systems to communicate with customers via phone or email through their portal. Additionally, you will give post-order service and physically measure specs on various parts.
The Customer Service & Sales Representative requirements include 1+ year of proven inside sales or customer service experience, mechanical and mathematical aptitude, written and verbal communication skills including English grammar, ability and desire to learn new systems and processes quickly, multitasking, problem-solving, accuracy, attention to detail, sense of urgency, sense of humor, strong computer skills particularly Excel, high school diploma or equivalent, SAP/ERP (Computer software) experience preferred, and knowledge of industrial distribution products and hydraulics selected.
