Customer Service Hero (Temporary)
We’re looking for a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Hero to join our team temporarily! In this role, you’ll provide exceptional support by phone and chat, assist with Will Call inquiries, and ensure every customer interaction is handled with care and professionalism. If you’re detail-oriented, friendly, and take pride in creating a positive customer experience, we’d love to hear from you.

Schedule & Pay
  •  Monday – Friday
  • 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
  • $21.00 – $22.00 per hour
Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone and chat promptly
  • Document all customer interactions and follow-ups accurately
  • Escalate inquiries and Will Call questions to the appropriate department following company guidelines
  • Build rapport with customers, showing empathy and a helpful attitude
  • Maintain a neat, professional appearance to represent the company brand
  • Demonstrate patience, understanding, and excellent communication with every customer

Requirements
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Basic computer and data entry skills
