Schedule & Pay

Monday - Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
$17-$20 per hour

Responsibilities

Assist customers via phone and in-person at our facility.
Guide customers in selecting the right parts and solutions.
Engage extensively with customers to understand their needs, research options, and recommend appropriate parts.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets while enhancing customer satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver quotes, process orders, and provide post-order service.
Physically measure specifications for a variety of parts.

Requirements

2+ years of proven inside sales or customer service experience, preferably in an industrial distribution or parts counter environment.
Mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in English grammar.
Ability and eagerness to quickly grasp new systems and processes.
Strong multitasking, problem-solving abilities, accuracy, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Excel.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with SAP/ERP software is preferred.
Knowledge of industrial distribution products and hydraulics is advantageous.
