We seek a highly motivated and reliable individual for the (Bi-Lingual) HR Generalist position. The ideal candidate will have experience as a (Bi-Lingual) HR Generalist and the ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays, and the working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM. The salary range for this position is $75K-85K depending on experience. We offer weekly pay and opportunities for growth within the organization.
As a (Bi-Lingual) HR Generalist, the candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This includes recruitment, compliance, employee relations, recognition, safety, benefits, and training. The candidate should be a positive role model for all personnel and maintain confidentiality at all organizational levels.
The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or general education (GED) with a college degree preferred. A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a (Bi-Lingual) HR Generalist role is required. Strong knowledge of state and federal labor law, HR systems, benefits administration, performance management, and workers' compensation is preferred. Familiarity with local and state regulations, such as DOT and OSHA, is also preferred.
The candidate should have exceptional communication skills, including written and verbal presentations. They should have strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced professional environment. The candidate should also have efficient HR administration and people management skills, be self-motivated, have attention to detail, and have excellent organizational skills.
