ACCOUNT MANAGER – Texas Market
Pay: From $80,000/year + Bonus Potential
Location: Eastern Texas (On the road, field-based)
Job Type: Full-time

Elite HR Logistics is hiring an Account Manager to support our Texas Used Cooking Oil (UCO) market. This role is perfect for someone who loves being in the field, building relationships with restaurant and food industry clients, and managing accounts from first contact through long-term partnership.

What You'll Do:

  • Solicit new business and maintain an existing customer base for Used Cooking Oil services.
  • Communicate with customers on an ongoing basis to ensure:
    • They are receiving proper service
    • They have the equipment and services they need
    • They are satisfied overall
  • Partner with Management to roll out new programs and service offerings.
  • Meet with canceled accounts to understand why they left and attempt to win them back.
  • Schedule and attend meetings with current and potential customers throughout One More Time’s Eastern Texas service area.
  • Professionally communicate (in person and in writing) with:
    • Business owners and Officers
    • Division management and staff
    • Other internal departments
  • Occasionally meet and communicate with City and County inspectors involved in regulating and enforcing laws related to our services.
  • Spend 75–90% of your day in the field visiting new and existing customers; overnight travel is required.
  • Prepare customer setup sheets and potentially enter new accounts into the company’s routing system.
  • Provide daily reports to the Division General Manager.
  • Follow up on stops with no material picked up to determine the reason and if the stop should be re-routed.
  • Interact with others in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Follow all department and company procedures.
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, which are essential for smooth operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient and effective operation of the business. Responsibilities may change as business needs evolve.

Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience and contacts in the restaurant/food industry preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your schedule in the field.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • High school diploma required.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR.
  • Comfortable with: Local travel 75–90% of the time & Overnight travel ~30% of the week
  • Pre-employment drug test and background check are required prior to starting.

$80,000/year + Bonus Potential
