Production Welder — $22–$28/hr | Arlington, WA | Weekly Pay on Fridays
Immediate openings for skilled Production Welders in Arlington, WA!
In this role, you’ll fabricate and weld HVAC ductwork according to blueprints, specifications, and quality standards. This position requires precision, stamina, and adherence to safety protocols in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a welder, preferably with sheet metal and HVAC ductwork
  • Proficiency in MIG welding and metal fabrication processes
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials
  • Familiarity with safety procedures in environments with dust, fiberglass, and adhesives
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check

Duties
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders
  • Cut, shape, and prepare sheet metal using grinders, band saws, and plasma cutters
  • Assemble and MIG weld ductwork components with precision and accuracy
  • Operate and maintain welding equipment and power tools
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure welds meet specifications
  • Collaborate with supervisors, inspectors, and team members to meet production goals
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all PPE and safety guidelines
