Job Duties:
- Assist customers by phone and in person at our facility.
- Help customers get the parts they need.
- Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
- Interact extensively with customers to clarify their needs, research, and recommend parts.
- Provide post order service.
- Multi-tasking
- Able to work in the warehouse setting as well as working in the office when needed
Specific qualifications for the role include:
- 1+ yr warehouse exp.
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- 1+ year of office/ admin experience
- Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar
- Multi-tasking, problem solving, attention to detail, accuracy, sense of urgency, sense of humor
- Ability and desire to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Strong computer skills, particularly Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent
