Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:30 PM | $70,000 Salary | Paid Weekly
We are now hiring individuals interested in working in the transportation industry. This role is a paid training opportunity to learn how to manage a heavy-duty truck repair shop while gaining hands-on experience across all areas of the business.

Essential Job Functions
- Provide proactive customer management, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with rental department to maximize fleet utilization
- Partner with Sales on customer calls for new business and satisfaction
Manage running costs and maintenance overhead - Ensure policies and processes are followed to optimize costs
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales, and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage PM scheduling, breakdowns, and vehicle status updates
- Oversee technician work planning for efficiency, training, and flexibility
- Relocation within the business unit required upon completion of the training program
- Perform other duties as assigned
