Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | $55,000 Salary | Paid Weekly

We are now hiring individuals interested in working in the transportation industry. This role is a paid training opportunity to learn how to manage a heavy-duty truck repair shop while gaining hands-on experience across all areas of the business.

This fast-paced program provides the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to build a career in operations and fleet maintenance. We promote from within based on performance, with the ideal progression path leading to an Operations Supervisor role.

Essential Job Functions
  • Provide proactive customer management, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with the rental department to maximize fleet utilization
  • Partner with Sales on customer calls for new business and customer satisfaction
  • Manage running costs and maintenance overhead
  • Ensure company policies and processes are followed to optimize costs
  • Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales, and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure accurate PM scheduling, breakdowns, and vehicle status updates
  • Oversee technician work planning for efficiency, training, and flexibility
  • Relocation within the business unit required upon completion of the training program
  • Perform other duties as assigned
