As a Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll support daily shop operations through customer communication, scheduling, inventory coordination, and maintenance follow-up. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll learn fleet operations from the inside and build a strong foundation for advancement, with a clear path toward Operations leadership.

- Monday – Friday
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Pay: $24/HR
- Paid weekly
Responsibilities
- Manage customer communication, updates, and issue resolution
- Schedule preventative maintenance and follow-ups
- Create repair orders and support workflow planning
- Order, receive, and stock parts inventory
- Process invoices and purchase orders
- Maintain maintenance files and shop records
- Coordinate with vendors, rental teams, and technicians
- Support overall shop productivity and organization
