As a Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll support daily shop operations through customer communication, scheduling, inventory coordination, and maintenance follow-up. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll learn fleet operations from the inside and build a strong foundation for advancement, with a clear path toward Operations leadership.

Schedule & Pay
  • Monday – Friday
  • 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Pay: $24/HR
  • Paid weekly
Responsibilities
  • Manage customer communication, updates, and issue resolution
  • Schedule preventative maintenance and follow-ups
  • Create repair orders and support workflow planning
  • Order, receive, and stock parts inventory
  • Process invoices and purchase orders
  • Maintain maintenance files and shop records
  • Coordinate with vendors, rental teams, and technicians
  • Support overall shop productivity and organization

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year customer service or issue resolution experience
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, spreadsheets, word processing)
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Automotive or heavy-duty truck industry experience is a plus
