Role Overview
Under the Customer Service Manager, this role supports Customer Service, Dispatch, and Sales. You’ll champion our core values—Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation, Financial Success—while keeping phones, orders, and pricing flowing smoothly. Other duties as assigned.

- Pay: $21.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Frontline support: Answer multi-line phones courteously; route calls to the right team.
- Order management (SAP): Set up new orders (terms, payer, pre-lien data), enter sales and change orders, and distribute to relevant departments.
- Billing & credits: Issue invoices, returns, credit/debit memos per policy; process and mail daily invoices/credits.
- Logistics updates: Adjust delivery notes for loading changes or inventory shortages; send new-material setup notifications to Yard Supervisor.
- Pricing & AR support: Help maintain location pricing in SAP; prepare/enter annual price increases; process AR credits as needed.
- Sales & marketing support: Coordinate customer requests with Sales; handle samples, catalogs, info requests; track marketing material inventory.
- Product knowledge: Learn product lines and recommended installation requirements.
- Records & safety: Maintain accurate documentation; attend safety meetings; follow company and regulatory safety rules; report hazards.
