Position: Mobile Diesel Mechanic (Heavy Diesel Technician)
Type: Full-time, long-term
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Basic hand tools (must meet minimum tool requirement)
  • Proven experience in diesel or heavy equipment repair
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR)
  • Must be able to road-test vehicles when necessary

Duties
  • Operate a company-issued Mobile Maintenance Truck to perform on-site service calls
  • Follow detailed inspection and preventative maintenance (PM) checklists
  • Test-drive vehicles to diagnose malfunctions and confirm repairs
  • Inspect and repair brake systems, steering, transmissions, engines, and electrical systems
  • Perform oil changes, battery checks, lubrication, brake, and tire work
  • Adjust and align wheels, tighten bolts and screws, and replace system components as needed
  • Diagnose and repair malfunctioning mechanical and electrical parts
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and follow fleet PM maintenance schedules
  • Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
