Job Requirements
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Basic hand tools (must meet minimum tool requirement)
- Strong mechanical aptitude with applied diesel repair experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR)
- Ability to road-test vehicles as needed
Preferred:
- Vocational or technical certification (post-secondary or ASE)
- 1–4+ years of relevant diesel or heavy equipment experience
- Experience with major engine repairs, diesel after-treatment, or fuel injection systems
- CDL Class A license preferred — or willingness to obtain
- All local certifications as required by location
