We are currently hiring a dependable and safety-focused Non-CDL Truck Driver for a full-time local route position collecting used cooking oil from customer locations. Drivers will operate collection vehicles on scheduled local routes while maintaining strong customer service, safety, and compliance standards.

Essential Duties
  • Safely operate assigned commercial vehicles and collection equipment on local collection routes
  • Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collect, verify, and follow route instructions and customer requirements
  • Perform detailed pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
  • Maintain accurate driver logs, mileage records, fuel records, service documentation, and route paperwork
  • Follow all DOT, FMCSA, environmental, and company safety procedures at all times
  • Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and route planning tools
  • Load and unload materials using proper equipment and safety practices
  • Communicate professionally with dispatch, supervisors, and customers throughout the workday
  • Report accidents, vehicle defects, violations, or maintenance concerns immediately
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company
  • Support overall operational efficiency through strong attendance, reliability, and teamwork

Requirements
  • Valid Driver License
  • Current DOT Medical Card
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Minimum 2 years driving experience with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • Entry-level driver program available for qualified candidates with less experience
  • Ability to read and communicate in English per federal transportation requirements
  • Understanding of DOT and FMCSA regulations
  • Ability to work overtime and alternate routes as needed
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 60 lbs
  • Strong attention to safety, communication, and time management
