Monday–Thursday | 4x10s | 7:00 AM–5:00 PM | $34/hr | Quarterly Bonuses
We are looking for the right Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to join our team and work on heavy-duty vehicles. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Vocational or technical certification in a related field preferred
- 2+ years experience with mechanical repairs and diagnostics on heavy- and medium-duty equipment
- Must have required tools per Maintenance Policy 2.02
- Ability to drive commercial vehicles
- Valid Non-Commercial Driver License Class E, CDL Class A, and/or state driver’s license as required
- Able to take home assigned mobile service truck and secure vehicle and contents (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven hands-on mechanic, customer service, and account management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational, prioritization, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to understand and adhere to company policies
