Qualifications
- Reliable individual seeking long-term employment
- 4+ years of continuous employment with one company preferred
- Previous production line experience is a plus
- Experience troubleshooting or maintaining machinery is a plus
- Mechanically inclined or generally handy is preferred
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- Ability to properly read and use a tape measure
- Comfortable using hand, power, and electric tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
- Must be able to work in a drug-free and safety-focused environment
