Qualifications
  • Reliable individual seeking long-term employment
  • 4+ years of continuous employment with one company preferred
  • Previous production line experience is a plus
  • Experience troubleshooting or maintaining machinery is a plus
  • Mechanically inclined or generally handy is preferred
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to properly read and use a tape measure
  • Comfortable using hand, power, and electric tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
  • Must be able to work in a drug-free and safety-focused environment

Duties
  • Assemble building material components during production
  • Insert or position materials using hand tools, power tools, and tape measures
  • Learn the flow of production and stages within the building process
  • Track production and completion of work orders on a schedule board or in the system
  • Perform quality control inspections to ensure finished products meet specifications
  • Properly dispose of unusable materials
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Perform other duties as directed by supervisors
