We’re hiring an experienced Compliance / DOT Transportation Manager to lead safety and regulatory operations for hazmat and tank transportation across multiple sites. Essential Job Functions
- Lead DOT and safety compliance programs across multiple sites
- Oversee hazmat and cargo tank transportation regulations
- Manage audits, inspections, and corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and California-specific requirements
- Monitor driver qualifications, training, and safety performance
- Maintain reporting, analytics, and documentation
- Develop and improve safety procedures and policies
- Partner with operations leadership to reduce risk and improve performance
