Salary:
- $75K to $80K per year
- Salaries may be supplemented with a bonus as applicable and/or as business conditions allow.

Essential Job Functions
Workflow Management:
- Analyze, plan, and schedule work, assigning tasks to technicians and tracking productivity.
- Conduct shift and shop meetings, and review/approve ROs.
- Ensure all warranty policies and procedures are followed.
- Manage triage of unscheduled customer drive-ins, assign work, and communicate with customers.
- Perform yard checks to ensure proper work scheduling and prioritization.
Labor Management:
- Oversee, train, and develop all assigned personnel.
- Handle performance management for all team members.
Customer Management:
- Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, issue resolution, and vehicle uptime.
- Follow customer communication protocols for PM scheduling, breakdowns, and vehicle status updates.
- Conduct customer visits as needed per the Customer Care Plan.
Asset Management:
- Direct team in maintaining the appearance and upkeep of the location, ensuring adherence to 65 standards.
- Evaluate and recommend shop tooling and equipment needs.
- Assist in vehicle specifications and service processes, and ensure vehicles meet SAM specifications.
- Manage parts inventory, policies, and procedures.
Quality Management:
- Conduct quality inspections for PMs and repairs, and perform in-process reviews for non-PM work.
- Analyze breakdown root causes, implement corrective actions, and escalate when necessary.
- Work with the Service Manager to ensure proper technician training and prioritize the TOPS plan based on breakdown and rework trends.
- Ensure cleanliness and quality of vehicle repairs.
- Maintain compliance with safety and EPA regulations and requirements.
Financial Management:
- Ensure shop delivers on Net Maintenance Cost per Unit goals without compromising quality or safety.
- Control costs within the maintenance operations budget and location P&L statement.
- Execute maintenance initiatives to meet or exceed financial targets.
- Manage payroll, purchase order approvals, invoice, and fuel reconciliations.
- Handle customer bill-backs, including identification, review, and approval.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of re-billable activity and maintain data integrity in the Shop
- Management Online system.
