Position Summary:

  • CDL Class A Regional Truck Driver Position
  • Regional Delivery Routes
  • Monday Through Saturday During Peak Season
  • Dispatch Times: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
  • Pay: $28 Per Hour
  • $30 Daily Per Diem
  • Lodging Provided Through CLC
  • Day Cab With 53-Foot Dry Van Trailer

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Safely operate a CDL Class A day cab with a 53-foot dry van trailer.
  • Transport and deliver retail goods to assigned customer locations.
  • Unload freight as required for assigned deliveries.
  • Use a hand cart to unload and deliver products safely and efficiently.
  • Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Maintain accurate driver logs and delivery documentation.
  • Follow all applicable DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
  • Complete assigned regional delivery routes safely and on time.
  • Report equipment defects and safety concerns promptly.

Requirements
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License required.
  • Must possess appropriate endorsements for the assigned position.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must meet ONE of the following verifiable tractor-trailer experience requirements:
  • 9 months of experience within the past 3 years; OR
  • 2 years of experience within the past 5 years; OR
  • 5 years of experience within the past 10 years.
  • Must meet DOT medical qualification requirements and pass a road test.
  • Must pass required drug screening, background check, and motor vehicle record review.
  • Must complete required prior-employer drug and alcohol history verification.
  • Must be comfortable performing touch-freight deliveries and unloading retail goods.
  • Must be available Monday through Saturday during peak season.
  • Must be comfortable with regional travel and overnight or early-morning dispatch times.
  • Must be dependable, safety-focused, and committed to DOT compliance.
