Elite HR Logistics is hiring CDL Class A Drivers in West Sacramento, CA for dedicated regional routes. This position pays $28 per hour with weekly pay and offers consistent two-day work blocks.
Drivers will operate regional routes within approximately 500 miles of West Sacramento. Each work block consists of two consecutive days. After completing the block, you will return to West Sacramento.
This is a great opportunity for drivers who enjoy longer routes but do not want to stay out all week. Overnight layovers are required depending on the route. However, drivers will be away from home a maximum of three nights per week.

Schedule

Responsibilities and Duties
• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on regional routes
• Transport freight to assigned destinations within the region
• Complete routes within approximately 500 miles of Sacramento
• Follow assigned dispatch schedules and delivery instructions
• Complete overnight routes and layovers as required
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate driver logs and transportation paperwork
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures
• Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, delays, and deliveries
• Safely manage changing road, traffic, and weather conditions
• Maintain professional communication with customers and dispatch
• Return to the Sacramento dispatch location after each scheduled work block
