Responsibilities and Duties
- Safely deliver products to customer locations using a dolly or hand truck
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
- Collect payments and reconcile delivery invoices when required
- Assist with merchandising requests at customer locations
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures
