Job Description
We are currently hiring an experienced Forklift Operator / Production Associate for a busy industrial manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse, manufacturing, production, construction materials, recycling, or heavy industrial experience looking to start work ASAP!
This temporary assignment is expected to last 4–6 weeks with potential for extension based on business needs. Candidates should be comfortable working in a physically demanding industrial environment and have strong forklift operating experience.
Qualifications
- Previous forklift operating experience required
- Current forklift certification preferred
- Manufacturing, production, concrete, aggregate, recycling, or heavy industrial experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures required
- Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds
- Comfortable working in hot, dusty, loud environments
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
- Spanish/English bilingual candidates highly encouraged to apply
This position works inside a heavy industrial manufacturing facility. Candidates must be comfortable:
• Working around large machinery and production equipment
• Performing physical labor throughout the shift
• Working in hot temperatures and dusty conditions
• Working in loud industrial environments
